New Zealand Delivery
We ship to all addresses throughout New Zealand. Orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 1–2 business days of payment being confirmed.
- North Island: 3–5 business days
- South Island: 2–4 business days
- Rural addresses: Allow an additional 1–2 business days
Freight-Free Orders
Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders over $299. Freight charges for orders below this threshold will be calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery via our courier's website.
International Shipping
We currently ship within New Zealand and our western island Australia only. If you are an international customer, please contact us to discuss your requirements.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please ensure the following conditions are met:
- The item is in its original, unused condition and packaging
- The return is initiated within 30 days of receiving your order
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Electrical components (once fitted or tested)
- Special-order or custom parts
- Items marked as clearance or final sale
How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return authorisation and instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs, at no charge to you.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
